How TalkNaut works

TalkNaut gives your business a team of AI agents. Each agent has a job, its own knowledge, and the apps it answers on. You see every conversation in one inbox and can step in at any time.

Example: Emily sells your cars and knows your Dubizzle listings. Layla answers delivery questions on WhatsApp. Omar handles technical problems on your website chat.

1. Create an agent

Go to AI agents → New agent and follow the five steps: choose its job, give it a name and style, teach it, choose where it answers, and try it. Press Go live when you're happy.

2. Teach it

Paste a link, your website, a product page or a price list. The agent reads the page and the pages it links to, including prices.
Write it, delivery areas, opening hours, return policy, anything in your own words.
Upload a file, catalogs, manuals or price lists as PDF or text.
Teach from a page in Chrome, for sites that block automatic reading, such as marketplaces, open the page and click Teach from this page in the browser assistant.

Items you add on an agent's page are only for that agent. Items in Knowledge marked “All agents” are shared by everyone. Agents never invent prices, stock or delivery dates, if they don't know, they say so and the question appears in Reports so you can add the answer.

3. Connect your apps

Website chat

Open Website chat widget. Design it under Look, Messages and Behavior, the preview updates as you type. Then open Install, copy the one line of code and follow the steps for Shopify, WordPress, Wix or any website. Press Save & publish. The page tells you when it detects the chat on your site.

Open Connect apps → WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, choose that option, log in with Facebook and scan the QR code with your phone, your phone keeps working and your agent answers in parallel. When you reply from your phone, the agent pauses for that chat. Personal WhatsApp accounts can't be connected; switching to the free WhatsApp Business app keeps your number and chats.

Instagram

Your account must be a professional account (Instagram → Settings → Account type and tools). Then click Log in with Instagram and approve.

Your own account: click Connect my Telegram, press Start in Telegram, then go to Telegram Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots, add our bot and allow it to reply. Needs Telegram Premium. A bot: create one with @BotFather and paste its token.

Dubizzle, Bayut and other websites

Open Connect apps → Dubizzle & other websites and download the browser assistant.
In Chrome open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
Click Create connection key and paste it into the assistant.
On Dubizzle, open a chat, select the customer's message, click the TalkNaut icon → Write a reply → Put in message box, then press send.

These conversations, and any hot leads, appear in your inbox too.

After connecting any app, choose who answers there: one agent, several, or Automatic (the best agent for each customer's language and question).

4. Work the inbox

All chats land in Inbox. Replying, or clicking Take over, pauses the AI for that chat; Return to AI hands it back. Add private notes, create tickets and assign teammates from the side panel.

5. Follow up on buyers

Hot leads lists customers who asked for a quote, a bulk quantity or fast delivery, with the reason they were flagged. Leads shows your whole pipeline. Reports shows what customers ask most and what your agents couldn't answer.
