1. The service

TalkNaut lets businesses create AI agents that communicate with their customers through connected channels. These terms are between you (the business) and ADAK Fintech Ltd.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base, agent instructions and messages sent on your behalf.
• You must comply with the policies of each channel you connect, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms and Telegram's terms, and obtain any consent required to message your customers.
• You must tell your customers they may be chatting with an AI where the law requires it.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

3. AI output

AI replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. You should review agent behaviour, keep your knowledge accurate and use human handoff for decisions with legal, financial or safety consequences.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits apply per plan; AI replies pause when limits are reached until the next period or an upgrade. Trials end automatically after 14 days.

5. Data

You own your content. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
